REGISTRATION F.A.Q.

The registration for the race is easy and simple. All that needs to be done is enter the registration page and follow the instructions. The registration system is working well and many participants from Israel and abroad, have already registered to the race successfully. However, if you still find it difficult to register, try registering on another computer. Try to avoid registering at your work place as it may have a secured surfing system that can cause certain obstruction while registering.
Online registration

Follow the relay registration link in the registration page. In the form, all three members must register together. Once filling first participant info, press on “add another participant” and repeat the process with the second and third participants. Payment for all three relay members must be made by the participant filling out the form.

The number of participants is limited to 1,500 bikes on the road (Relay is considered one pair of bikes).

Registration ends on January 01st 2024,  or when reaching the maximum number of participants.

Sometimes our payment system has difficulty to authorize foreign Credit Card payments. Please try choosing the PayPal payment option (you don’t need to have a PayPal account in order to pay via PayPal).

The participants’ list appears in the CHALLENGE ISRAMAN website. Your name can be located in one of 3 options made possible in the site – follow the instructions mentioned. If you have failed to locate your name using one of the 3 options, perhaps your registration was removed due to registration payment failure. If you have paid and still have not been able to locate your name, please write an contact us page, mentioning your registration referral number. An email not mentioning the registration referral number will not be answered.

If your name appears more than once in the participants’ list, please check the “registration status”: “registered” (רשום) or “unpaid” (לא משולם), listed in the status column on the right.
Now choose the right option:
1. If your name appears once as “registered” and other times as “unpaid”, your unpaid registration will be automatically erased by the system without notice within 48 hours – there is no need to contact us in regards to this.
2. If your name appears several times with “unpaid” status next to it, The system will erase all your non-paid registrations within 48 hours without notice. It is possible to complete a full registration, including payment, without an added fee, by the usual method through the registration page. You may call 972-3-6092116/5 to pay by phone with an added 20 NIS fee (you must provide the registration referral number).
3. If your name appears several times with a “registered” status next to it, please send massage on contact us page, providing the registration referral number to cancel. It is important to mention only the registration referral number you wish to cancel.
Cancellation is charged according to the Changes and Cancellation Policy.

For singles – transfer can’t be done.

Is there an Age requirements?

All participants, except swimmers in a relay, must be at least 18 years old (born until 31.12.2004).

Swimmers in a relay must be at least 16 years old (born until 31.12.2006).

Are there any other requirements ?
Yes, In order to participate in the CHALLENGE ISRAMAN you must have a medical permit and you must have insurance. For more information click here.

Can I race with earphones?
Due to safety reasons, it is not permitted to race with earphones.

What is the meaning of the statement CUT OFF Time?
If a participant exceeds the time mentioned, he will be asked to stop racing (if he exceeds the swim cut off time he will not be allowed to commence the cycling. If he exceeds the cycling cut off time, he will be collected by an CHALLENGE ISRAMAN team vehicle and will not be permitted to begin running).

Is there a different CUT OFF Time for the CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 113? 
Both CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 226 and CHALLENGE ISRAMAN 113, singles and relay, have the same cut-off times regardless to the actual start time. For cut-off times check the general info page.
